Full Description

M-40″
From The Iris Guidebook- Rainbow Gardens (Lloyd Austin):”A beautiful new white with pristine purity of arctic snow drifts. Stands out for its height, extra large, superbly formed flowers and particularly for its coloration. Whlee most whites have an influence of yellow, blue or lilac, this distinctive creation has a faint, etheareal blush of pink, especially in standards. To harmonize, and indicate modern trend, beard is tangerine. Pollen abundant. A technical fault (high branching) prevents this from being introduced at a high price and makes it available at once to almost everyone. You’ll delight in it just as it is. (Pink Tower x Pink Talcum)”.

Provenance: from garden of L Munro 2015; acquired from Bluebird Haven Iris Gardens, 2013.
