Full Description
DB, height 4-5″ (10-18 cm). Very early bloom. Red-violet bitone; white beards. Collected; probable natural hybrid between I. lutescens and I. pumila . Todaro 1856. Honorable Mention 1951; Caparne Award 1952.
Note: A.I.S. approved name: ‘Pumila Atroviolacea‘, though not I. pumila .
