Full Description

34″ M
From Eden Road Iris Gardens 1957: “May be a sport of California Gold x Happy Days or may be California Gold x Zebra). Listed for the hybridizer mainly. The foliage is variable…running form all green to all white with some fans variegated and others nicely striped. The white tips sun scald and turn brown. The flower is quite large and of a clear light yellow. It is semi flaring in form. Cream Cockatoo is not a sturdy grower but may produce something unusual. Mr Keith consented to let me list this interesting variety so that hybridizers might have access to it for breeding.”
