From Schreiner’s Iris Lovers Catalog 1987:”We have not seen anything so original in years. Delphi’s modest sized flowers have the unusual color combination of red, white and blue. That is white standards and tangerine red beads on mid blue falls. Actually the falls are uniformly blue becoming quite texturee with veining near the hafts. Three branches, 5 to 6 buds.
