“A blend of pinkish amethyst on a white ground, actually a plicata, of course, but with a less definite pattern than its usually associated with the term. The central area and the style arms glow with a way, coppery tint. Beard is light yellow. Both standards andfalls are abundantly ample in width, the former erect bt nearly closed waved and ruffled, the latter semi flaring and likewise heavily ruffled.Mr Gibson relates that this incandescent beauty combines all the good qualities he has dereamed for in a good iris, hence its name Dream Spun.”
