From DeForest’s Irisnoll catalog for 1947: “Trim form in an interesting new anoena. White standards lightly shaded cream. Falls coppery red violet.”

From Schreiner’s 1961 catalog: “Almost white standards shaded cream at the base, the falls a medley of copper red-lavender and deep violet, with a violet flush down the center. On the order of Wabash but it is more of a blend especially in the falls.”
