Full Description
TB 38″ EM
From Cooley’s Gardens catalog for 1974: “Large, beautifully ruffled wisteria blue. Standards are closed and falls flare with grace. Beards are light yellow, deeper in the throat but with only pale blue showing. The well branched stalks and good bud count make for a popular garden subject.”
From Schreiner’s Iris Lover’s catalog for 1981: “Enjoying the full petaled beautifully fluted wisteria blue Iris one cannot without too much imagination sense the riffle and roll of a full tide of ocean surf – a worthy Iris well named.”
(Babbling Brook X ((Lipstick x Country Cuzzin) x Bright Cloud)), HM 1973, AM 1976.
