From Schreiner’s Iris Lover’s catalog for 1944: “A capricious delicate shade of light pink. It is a very delicate color with a dainty infusion of yellow tone in its pink cast. Needs proper planting to bring out its light tones.”

From Lyon’s Irisland catalog for 1946: “One of Mr. Lapham’s new pale pink blends. Blooms are of light raspberry pink and creamy yellow. Flowers abundantly.”

From National Iris Gardens catalog for 1948: “A beautiful blend of raspberry-pink and creamy-yellow has given this iris high rating in the pink class. Hafts are Bartya yellow with light veining of brown.”
