Note: Pink Satin is a FULL SISTER to Pink Opal. They were seedlings in the same year. Pink Satin was chosen to be the ‘best’ seedling of the lot and it was decided it would be introduced (sold to the public). Pink Opal, by popular demand (garden visitors admiring it profusely) persuaded the Sass bros to introduce this one as well. It was introduced a few years later. Both have the same solid pink mauve color but PO has oval falls and PS has pear shaped falls.
