From Schreiners Iris Lovers Catalog 1971 “With a three eighths inch border of reddish brown deftly placed on a poised flaring bloom of campanula violet we have a highly individual iris. The color contrast focuses attention. The form is crisp and the coloring is unique.”
Early to late bloom. Color Class-V3DL. Standards blended plum brown; falls campanula violet (Wilson 37/2) with wide (3/8″ at tip) border of rich reddish brown; hafts are yellow-tan; rich orangy yellow beard. ‘Kachina Doll’ sibling x ‘Serene Serenade’. Eden Road 1968
