From Eden Road Iris Garden catalog for 1979: “Creamy grayed-lavender standards are shaded deeper at base. Falls are creamy grayed-lavender with overlay of reddish-violet-brown veins and flushing in a halo pattern more heavily around beard. Beard is prominent and is blue-violet to orange in throat. Nice from.”

From Registration data: Standards grayed lavender, intensifying to much deeper shade at base; Falls same with overlay of reddish violet-brown veining and flushing to a halo effect, mostly around beard; both S. and F. have a touch of cream; creamy chartreuse stylearms; blue-violet beard, yellow-orange in heart.
